‘प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं में स्त्री- पहचान , मुद्दे एवं विवेचन -ऐसी गंभीर संगोष्ठी दिल्ली में नहीं होती, जो यहां हो रही है।’

“ऐसा नहीं कि स्त्रियां प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं में भाग नहीं लेती, बल्कि स्त्रियों का शुरू से ही इसमें महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है।”

उक्त बातें सुप्रसिद्ध नाटककार, नाट्य आलोचक प्रो. नरेंद्र मोहन (दिल्ली) ने कही। वे महिला अध्ययन केंद्र एवं हिंदी विभाग, मणिबेन नानावती महिला महाविद्यालय (मुंबई) तथा भारतीय सामाजिक विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद् (आईसीएसएसआर), नई दिल्ली की ओर से आयोजित मानविकी एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान पर -‘प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं में स्त्री- पहचान, मुद्दे एवं विवेचन’ विषयक तीसरे अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (15-16 जनवरी, 2019) में बोल रहे थे।

‘भारतीय शास्त्रीय (क्लासिकल) थियेटर एवं नृत्य में महिलाएं’ सत्र की अध्यक्षता करते हुए प्रो नरेंद्र मोहन ने विभिन्न सन्दर्भों के सहारे प्राचीन काल से प्रदर्शनकारी कला में स्त्रियों की प्रभावकारी भूमिका को रेखांकित करते हुए समकालीन महिला कलाकारों के योगदानों की चर्चा की।

संगोष्ठी के पहले दिन 15 जनवरी को तीसरे अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया सुप्रसिद्ध फिल्म निर्देशक, पटकथा लेखक लीना यादव (राजमा चावल, तीन पत्ती , शब्द आदि की लेखक-फिल्मकार ) एवं डॉ बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय, अहमदाबाद की कुलपति प्रो अमी उपाध्याय ने। प्रो. उपाध्याय ने बीज वक्तव्य में स्त्री पहचान के संकट, अस्मिता और उसकी सृजनात्मकता पर बहसतलब चर्चा करते हुए प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं में महिला भागीदारी और उसके अवदान पर सुचिंतित प्रकाश डाला।

पहले दिन के दूसरे सत्र में ‘भारतीय सिनेमा में स्त्री’ पर गम्भीर चर्चा हुई। महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय, रोहतक की प्रोफेसर एवं सुप्रसिद्ध लेखिका-आलोचक डॉ रोहिणी अग्रवाल ने ‘भारतीय सिनेमा में स्त्रियां’ सत्र में विश्व सिनेमा और बॉलीवुड में स्त्री कलाकारों की चुनौतियों और सफलता पर गंभीर विमर्श प्रस्तुत किया। इस सत्र में टाटा सामाजिक विज्ञान केंद्र की प्रो विभूति पटेल तथा सुपरिचित लेखिका मधु कांकरिया (मुंबई ) आदि ने स्त्री सिनेमा के विविध पक्षों को रेखांकित किया।

इस सम्मेलन के सम्माननीय अतिथि थे मुंबई में क्यूबैक, कनाडा सरकार के कॉन्सुल एवं निदेशक डोमिनिक मर्कोटे, जिन्होंने क्यूबैक-महराष्ट्र कलाकार रेजीडेंसी प्रोग्राम के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। दूसरे सत्र ‘महिला कलाकार- अंतर्सांस्कृतिक आवाज’ की अध्यक्षता ग्लोबल हिंदी फाउंडेशन, सिंगापुर की संस्थापक ममता मंडल ने की। दिल्ली से सुप्रसिद्ध नाट्य लेखक , नवगीतकार डॉ भारतेंदु मिश्र, रंगकर्मी डॉ वसुधा सहस्रबुद्धे, प्रसिद्ध कत्थक नृत्यांगना डॉ विजया शर्मा (भोपाल), कथक गुरू राजश्री शिर्के (मुंबई ), दिल्ली-एनसीआर से सुदर्शन टीवी मीडिया अकादमी के डीन पत्रकार पी के पांडेय, गोवा की लेखिका एवं कलाकार डॉ. रूपा चारी आदि ने महत्वपूर्ण भागीदारी की एवं विभिन्न विषयों पर महत्वपूर्ण विचार व्यक्त किये।

सम्मेलन के समापन सत्र की अध्यक्ष एस.एन.डी.टी महिला विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति प्रो. शशिकला वंजारी ने स्त्री कलाकारों के जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर अपनी बात रखी। सम्मेलन के विशिष्ट अतिथि महाराष्ट्र राज्य हिंदी साहित्य अकादमी के अध्यक्ष डॉ. शीतला प्रसाद दुबे ने लोक गीतों में स्त्री कलाकारों की अभिव्यक्ति पर सार्थक वक्तव्य दिया। मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में प्रसिद्ध फिल्म निर्देशक अरुणा राजे ने स्त्री कलाकारों के जीवन से जुड़े विभिन्न मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला।

तकनीकी समान्तर सत्रों में हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गुजराती, मराठी में विभिन्न राज्यों से पधारे प्रतिभागियों ने प्रदर्शनकारी कलाओं में स्त्री सम्बन्धी विविध विषयों- पर शोध पत्र प्रस्तुत किये। इसमें उत्तर प्रदेश, दिल्ली, राजस्थान, छतीसगढ़, मध्यप्रदेश, गोवा, महाराष्ट्र, हरियाणा और नेपाल, सिंगापुर, क्यूबैक आदि स्थानों से प्रतिभागियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी एवं गंभीर बहस-विमर्श और संवाद से यह संगोष्ठी अपने उद्देश्यों में सफल रही।

सम्मेलन का संयोजन मणिबेन नानावटी महिला महाविद्यालय के हिंदी विभागाध्यक्ष एवं पत्रकरिता-जनसंचार के संयोजक डॉ रवींद्र कात्यायन एवं अध्यक्षता की प्राचार्या डॉ हर्षदा राठौड ने किया। आभार प्रकाश महिला अध्ययन केंद्र की प्रभारी प्रेरणा रामटेके ने किया।
